The trailer was received to mixed review, and set the fan world ablaze with speculation about how ‘accurate’ the movie will be.

Mini Cheese Zombies

Makes two dozen rolls.

1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1/3 cup, plus 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, divided
1 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, lightly beaten
4 to 5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
8 ounces cheddar, Colby-jack, or pepper jack cheese, cut into 24- cubes
1/4 cup butter, melted
